since when are the green lifesavers watermelon?
i almost threw out a handful cuz i hate the lime flavor they used to be.
good thing i read the bag and saw watermelon.
now a handful of watermelon lifesavers are a mouthful of yumm.
interesting the details that fly by when you aren't paying attention.
makes me wonder what else i don't know?

so... it confuses me as to why everyone hates clinton and doesn't want her in office.. yet.. she's totally up front in polls.. all i ever hear is how she's totally evil, and everyone hates her and blah blah blah...

sometimes i forget i have this thing. :)
myspace pretty much dictates my online life anymore these days.

life has just been a whilrwind of events..
working full time and going to school full time isn't working out as well as i'd like it to be. so, i'll be re-evaluating that event come in may. i want to at least finish out this year. i'd rather just work full time, but, we'll see. motorcycle purchasing has been put on hold - mainly because if i do decide to work and not go to school anymore, i won't have that extra ton of cash lying around in my bank account like i do right now.
the money is nice, but the stress isn't worth it.
i guess that's about it... i'll leave you with some pics, tho'!
we had our blessing of the bikers this past sunday.. it was awesome!
didn't think to get any pics on the road tho'.
next time, for sure.

i love you, virginia tech.
and amidst all of this tragedy and turmoil, God loved you before this, He loves you now, and He loves you even moreso as you go through this tough time. i prayed that you would find extra comfort in leaning on His presence.

i just saw TMNT for my second time today - and i'm STILL lovin' it.
here are the pics - one of the entire group and our bandanas, and one of me and my best ninja buds. don't ever watch TMNT movies with us, we know every single line, and we're always quoting TMNT movies. ;)

i felt like i was a kid all over again seeing the TMNT I movie, all those years ago.
just not enough donnie-time for me.
i'll post a better review in a couple of days, i'm gonna see it again on sunday.

for lack of a better phrase, it's almost "ninja time!"
only 8 hours and 30 minutes until my date with four hunky, lean, green, fighting machines.
can't wait!
i FINALLY saw RENT live last night. i can't tell you how many years i've been dying to see it. a friend of mine had the soundtrack when i was in high school and i fell in love with the songs. from there, i researched the storylines and learned more about it and came to see that i really liked the show. the movie was fantastic - i guess i heard it wasn't taken very well, but, i fell in love with RENT even more because of the movie.
so RENT has come through tucson many, many times and i never get the chance to go. well i bought my tickets, paid those obnoxious fees and made it a date to go no matter what last night.
it was so beautiful - to see the songs sung live, and how they worked the set. i laughed, i cried, i blushed, then laughed some more. such a great storyline - the passion for life, the eventual realization of just how strong friendships can be, and how we affect each other.
of course, i know there's more to it then that, but that's my jist. :)
but whatever, i finally saw it.
i'm glad i saw the movie first tho' - the show itself was a bit confusing, but the movie helped to really fill in those gaps that i wasn't entirely sure about.
now my next goal is to see it on broadway!
so anyway, back to my date with four hunky guys tonite...

this is more of just a memory post, for myself.
today was a bit chilly - as i was preparing myself for church, i dressed very lightly, not too warm. the youth group went to golf 'n stuff to celebrate shawn's birthday after church services and it was pretty cold - and it started to rain. i left early because i'd had a long week already and have homework due tomorrow. around 5PM "snow" started to fall. that was pretty exciting. just big sleet, more then anything. by 6:30PM the snow was large, and falling faster and harder. by about 8PM - fifteen minutes ago, the ground was covered in snow. it was absolutely beautiful.
i took a short walk in the snow and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. it was so exciting and comforting. i can't wait until i move to snow country and can live this more then just once every seven or so years!
so it's absolutely beautiful - it just reminds me of how beautiful and loving God is, to give to us desert rats something as simple, and yet so beautiful and powerful, as snow. it only makes me love Him even more right now, at the rate of sounding so cliche. :)

it hasn't snowed in tucson, arizona since easter day of 1999 - snow has 'fallen', but not stayed. and today we were told snow would fall, flurries at the most. little did we know it would turn into THIS!
